Remembrance Blog Tour

Welcome to my stop on the Remembrance tour! I loved this book so much and I hope you all will too! On my stop, I'll tell you a little bit about the book, what I thought, have a little fun with Michelle Madow, and of course what would a tour be without a giveaway? ;)

_____________

- The Book -

Synopsis from goodreads: New Hampshire high school junior Lizzie Davenport has been reincarnated from Regency Era, England ... but she doesn't know it yet.

Then Drew Carmichael transfers into Lizzie's school at the beginning of the year, and she feels a connection to him, almost like she knows him. She can't stop thinking about him, but whenever she tries talking with him about the mysteries behind her feelings, he makes it clear that he wants nothing to do with her. Reaching him is even more difficult because she has a boyfriend, Jeremy, who has started to become full of himself after being elected co-captain of the varsity soccer team, and her flirtatious best friend Chelsea starts dating Drew soon after his arrival. So why can't she seem to get him out of her mind?

Even though Lizzie knows she should let go of her fascination with Drew, the pair of them soon find that fighting fate isn't going to be easy.

- This or That with Michelle Madow -

Coffee or Tea?

Coffee! I got a Keurig Brewer recently, and I love it because there are so many flavors to choose from.

Faeries or Werewolves?

Faeries. They are so magical, and I’ve been an even bigger fan of faeries since finishing the Iron Fey series by Julie Kagawa. Ash is my favorite guy in YA fiction.

Rain or Snow?

Rain. Just like Lizzie in Remembrance, I really dislike cold weather! Snow is prettier, but at least rain means it isn’t below freezing outside.

Paris or London?

London, because they speak English, so it’s easier for me to get around, and because I love British history.

Day or Night?

Night! It always seems to be full of magic and adventure waiting to happen.

Being stuck in an elevator for an hour or in a shark tank for 15 minutes?

An elevator. I don’t like water!

Lips or Eyes?

Eyes, especially ones that are unique colors.

Heels or Flats?

Heels—I’m only 5’2”, so I need the height!

Pancakes or Waffles?

Wafflehouse waffles, because they’re thin, crispy, and perfect!

Noise or Silence?

Silence—it’s how I get my best work done. I have trouble focusing if it’s noisy.

- My Review -

Thoughts: Remembrance is the type of book that I just sigh of happiness when I'm done reading. It's a quick, completely captivating read that I found hard to put down.

I truly enjoyed everything about this book. I thought the dialogue was fantastic, the pace moved perfectly, the romance completely charming, and the whole story brilliant. The story deals with fate, second chances, and reincarnation. And, I completely believe in it all. I 100% believe in second chances. Plus, have you ever seen someone at a mall or a beach and just thought you somehow felt connected to them? Or met someone for the first time and instantly felt like you knew them all your life?

  1. Iron Fey is stalking me. I NEED to read the second book soon! *groans at TBR* I hate cold weather too, I've never actually seen the snow in person, but while it's pretty, I don't fancy ever being caught in it! *shivers*

Great interview, can't wait to read Remembrance :)

  2. I have the Iron Fey books here staring at me and going "Read me now!" And I totally agree about cold weather, too. Although I must admit that I am a big tea drinker and I'm actually pretty neutral on coffee.
